Brandon Hedgesbrandon

Brandon is the other co-founder of the Barker & Hedges Team and also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Lacrosse. Brandon combines nearly 9 years of Real Estate sales experience with a Law degree from Hamline University School of Law. As Real Estate Agent and an Attorney, Brandon has a unique understanding of the Real Estate business. As our Transaction Coordinator, Chris is responsible for ensuring that your closing is smooth and problem free.  She works with the title companies, appraisers, real estate agents, buyers and sellers to coodinate the title work, loan approval, and other necessary components for the closing.  She has over 10 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator for residential real estate transactions and her experience is critical everyday!  Chris will be your primary contact during your escrow period...which is the time between the signing of the purchase agreement and closing.  Chris lives in White Bear Lake with her family.

Lauren Freeland

As the team's Marketing Manager, Lauren is responsible for creating and developing marketing strategies for Barker & Hedges. Prior to joining the team, she worked in Interactive Sales for FOX9. Her experience and degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology brings a new element to the Barker & Hedges team.
