Unique Home of the Week - 926 Hampden Avenue
Posted by Barker and Hedges - Re/Max Results on Wednesday, December 31st, 1969 at 6:00pm.On Saturdays, I've been writing posts on different architectural styles. But not all houses can be categorized in such a manner. Because homes don't fit into cookie-cutter molds, I'd like to start another weekly post for Sundays called Unique Home of the Week. This post theme was inspired by the home I'm spotlighting this week.
Does 926 Hampden Avenue in St. Paul look like a typical single-family home? Didn't think so. Rich in history and character, this dwelling was originall built in 1894 as fire station #13. It was restored during the 1980s by the current artist owner. This ex-firehouse has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Not surprisingly, it also has a 2-car garage. A truly fabulous space for living & entertaining, it is currently priced at $1,200,000.
Come back next Sunday and every Sunday for the next Unique Home of the Week.

We stumbled across a link to your post on Twitter. The property owner is an old family friend. Can you please pass along greetings from Lara Williams and my parents, Terry and Barb as well?
Cheers!
