Como Park Saint Paul Neighborhood Information
Como Park real estate is a melting pot of stunning luxury homes and low-priced small family homes and condominiums, but this leaves a lot of room for bargain hunting if you are not in the market for mansions. The median home price of the area is a little above the Saint Paul real estate average, but this is to be expected because the homes right next to the Como Park have appreciated significantly in value over the last few years.
The Como Park itself is a stunning recreational area and community gathering point that has been serving the Como Park area for 100 years. As real estate close to Como Park becomes more in demand prices are going up and up, but this is causing a ripple effect that is spreading outward from the park. Homes now a few blocks away have started to feel this effect and the prices are beginning to climb steadily.
Apart from Como Park itself there are loads of places where a family can spend quality time together, as this town concentrates a lot of its resources in promoting a strong community identity. A lot of money has been poured into the civil areas of the city in recent years to allow the park and the other public areas to remain free for the residents to use.
If you are looking for a small family home and you can settle with living a few blocks from Como Park, real estate in this area can be yours for well under $200,000.
