Downtown St. Paul Real Estate

Downtown, which is overshadowed by Downtown Minneapolis is continually trying to regain its prestige in the area and to land more jobs. Xcel energy Center is located in the Downtown district as well as the home of Minnesota Wild hockey team, Glatier Plaza, McNally Smith College of Music and the Minnesota World Trade Center. Unless there is a major event such as the hockey team home game, the streets are generally bare, however during game time, the streets fill to overflowing with people.

The real estate and area may be rejuvenated eventually which could mean a significant increase in property values in the future.
