Merriam Park - Town and Country Saint Paul Neighborhood Information

The area of Merriam Park is also boutique dominated with commercial strips on Selby Avenue, Cretin Avenue and Cleveland Avenue, adding to the 'posh' lifestyle of Merriam Park.

Merriam Park also boasts some very spectacular and picturesque views of the Mississippi River on the western border of the neighborhood.

The housing prices are quite expensive in relation to some of the other neighborhoods in the city, however the boutiques and posher areas of Merriam Park allow for the prices to be heightened. Quite a few affluent families and people live in Merriam Park having flocked there for the boutiques and strip malls and the amenities that they provide as well as to have a beautiful view of the Mississippi River from their home windows.
