Corcoran features easy rail access to downtown, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport and the Mall of America via a light rail stop at Lake Street. Housing in Corcoran is about evenly divided between rental property and owner occupied housing, with about 60% of the land devoted to single family detached homes.
