Located northeast of downtown Minneapolis, Holland is a thriving, picturesque neighborhood filled with friendly residents who take pride in their community. The neighborhood has many opportunities for recreation for all of its residents, from toddlers to seniors. Though there is a core commercial district with shops, restaurants and cafes, Holland is largely residential. The area is home to several parks that offer outdoor recreational activities for all residents year round. Close to downtown, Holland residents are insulated from the hustle and bustle but can still easily access the cultural, social and other amenities of the downtown area.
Housing prices are slightly lower than the median prices for similar housing in other parts of the city, making it a wonderful neighborhood for young families, first time home buyers or those business professionals looking to stay close to work in the downtown area.
