Howe - These days, Howe is an attractive residential community where the median income and home values are on a par or slightly above the median incomes and home values for Minneapolis proper.
Cooper - In general, Cooper home values run slightly below the Minneapolis median home values, but follow about the same trends.
Longfellow - The real estate market isn't huge in this neighborhood, with less than 2% of the homes being on the market, but you can find some real gems in you're willing to look.
