Lowry Hill East Real Estate

As you've probably guess from the name, Lowry Hill East is the neighborhood found to the east of Lowry Hill in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2000, there were almost 6,000 residents in Lowry Park East. The majority of these people rent instead of own, so Lowry Hill East is a neighborhood full of multi-unit houses. Maybe of the houses are original structures built in the early 20th century when the area was first being developed. The residential section of this neighborhood if found in the interior.

The real draw of Lowry Park East are the border streets, which are full of bars, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. As compared to the rest of the city, a much higher percentage of people living in Lowry Park East are single. This is a "young" neighborhood, so if you're looking for a fun and exciting place to live in the city, this neighborhood might be for you.
