The majority of residents own their homes, with very few renters living here, and most adult residents are aged between 25 and 44. This, together with the competitive housing prices in the area, suggests that Page is quickly developing into a popular Minneapolis neighborhood, whether for first-time home buyers or those looking to relocate from another area.
