East, Midtown and West Phillips Minneapolis Real Estate

Located directly south of the Minneapolis Downtown district, the neighborhood of Phillips is named after nineteenth century abolitionist Wendell Phillips. This neighborhood has a mixture of residential, commercial, and industrial areas. A number of large employers are located in Phillips, including Wells Fargo Mortgage Services and Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
