Bancroft - This wonderful little neighborhood was named after the local elementary school, which is named for George Bancroft, an American historian born in 1800.
Corcoran - Housing in Corcoran is about evenly divided between rental property and owner occupied housing, with about 60% of the land devoted to single family detached homes.
Standish - Standish is a quiet neighborhood with a population of around seven thousand, with all the advantages of a busy city thanks to the light rail system, Downtown Minneapolis, great shopping in nearby St. Paul and some of the biggest and best parks in the city are just minutes away.
