Minneapolis Neighborhoods within the University Community

Como - The neighborhood is largely residential, with much of the housing stock converted into student housing.

Prospect Park / E River Rd - Prospect Park is lined with gently curving streets situated on steep hills, and the public events that frequently occur in the area lend this neighborhood a delightful community feeling.

University - The neighborhood thrives because of the presence of the University and while there isn't a lot of real estate in the area, the houses, condos and apartments that are there are prime real estate.

Cedar Riverside - The Cedar Riverside neighborhood is located along the beautiful Mississippi River just east of downtown Minneapolis.

Marcy Holmes - The Marcy-Holmes district is one of Minneapolis' oldest neighborhoods, and includes Florence Court, a historic landmark area containing approximately 50 residential homes.

Nicollet Island / East Bank - With approximately one thousand people, the Nicollet Island/East Bank neighborhood is a somewhat sparsely populated area, but it is certainly a beautiful one.
