Victory - Minneapolis MN Homes & Condos MLS

In the early 20th century, the Victory neighborhood was home to factory and mill workers. Today, the neighborhood maintains many vintage homes from the 20s and from the 30s through 60s, many of which are being rehabilitated today. Many people come to Victory to buy their first home.

The residents of Victory enjoy a low crime rate, in contrast to many of the surrounding neighborhoods, which creates a higher standard of living and brings people to the neighborhood in search of homes, especially for first time buyers. The older appearance of the homes in the area give the neighborhood a pleasant, family-oriented back drop of days gone by. The larger homes from the era dominate Victory neighborhood, making it a perfect community for families.
