Waite Park Minneapolis Real Estate
Waite Park is a neighborhood in northern Minneapolis, Minnesota. The boundaries are 37th Avenue Northeast, Stinson Boulevard, Saint Anthony Parkway and Central Avenue Northeast. Waite Park is named after Edward Foote Waite - a judge of the District Court for Hennepin County from 1911 to 1941. Most of the land that Waite Park sits on was incorporated by the city in 1887, but the Shoreham Yards were built by then, so it too was included in the 'land' that is Waite Park.- Check out all Northeast Minneapolis real estate listings
