Willard-Hay is a neighborhood on the north-west side of Minneapolis, Minnesota within the larger Near North Community in the city. The boundaries of Willard-Hay are Olson Highway, Penn Avenue, Broadway Avenue and Theodore Wirth Park. Local residents often refer to Willard-Hay as Willard-Homewood - portion south of Plymouth is Homewood.

Willard-Hay is so named because of the two elementary schools that are in the community - Francis Willard and John Hay. Francis Willard Elementary School was named after an American educator, author and reformer. John Hay Elementary School was named after an American diplomat and author.

Willard-Hay is mainly a residential area and includes Willard-Homewood which is one of Minneapolis' first planned developments which was built in the first quarter of the 20th century.

Willard-Hay is a wonderful family oriented community in North West Minneapolis that has plenty of beautiful multi and single family homes available for sale on a fairly frequent basis. The architecture in Willard-Hay is amazing with many of the homes, particularly in the Willard-Homewood area that were built in the early 1900s.
