New Hope MN Homes For Sale
Real Estate New Hope ranked number 18 for the number of homes sold in Minnesota cities for the period of February through May, 2007. The average selling price was just under $205,000. This is much lower than both the state average of $225,000 and the national average of $250,000.
The typical New Hope residence is a single-family home with three or four bedrooms. The condo lifestyle is also popular; however multiple-family dwellings are much less common. Almost half of New Hope residential dwellings were built in the 1960s, and another 25% in the 1970s.
The city’s low owner-occupancy rate means there is good potential for investors to find good rental properties for sale.
