Community Osseo may be a small town, but it’s a busy one, with several community events occurring throughout the year. Events include a regular farmer’s market, live concerts, and a band festival. Osseo’s two City Parks provide tennis courts, a ball field, picnic facilities, and are the main locations for many summer-time recreational programs. In March of 2007, the Osseo City Council officially adopted a redevelopment plan to provide additional benefits for the city.

Education Osseo includes just three schools—an elementary school, a junior high school, and a senior high school. These schools are small, but well-equipped, and all provide excellent environments for the children of Osseo.
