Spring Park MN Real Estate
Spring Park is a city right in the middle of Lake Minnetonka. Given its location to the famous Minnesota lake, you can bet that this area is nothing short of gorgeous. Despite the city taking up less than one square mile and having a population of less than 2,000 residents, this is definitely one of Minnesota's finer cities to live within.
Spring Park boasts single-family homes of different varieties and values as well as plenty of new condos. The number of households here was 897 according to the 2010 US Census. The city is only minutes from Lord Fletchers; a popular hotspot in the summer months.

Spring Park Area information
Though this area is not as affordable as other Minnesota cities, the higher price tag is worth the views and upscale properties. This location is so small, the demand for spots to call home here cannot meet the supply, hence the higher property values.
Spring Park boasts panoramic and unobstructed lake views, especially from low rise and high rise condos available here. Island Harbor on Lake Minnetonka is a new development in Spring Park and offers lakefront views and private balconies surrounded by luxury and on your own private island.
This area has over four miles of shoreline despite only being less than one square mile total. When the city was first incorporated in 1951, the population was only 200 residents. Since then, the population has grown to ten times that. This area is a hot spot for activity during the summer months, but boasts wonderful recreational opportunities for residents year-round.
