At the east end of Summit Hill, the roadways and homes overlook downtown St. Paul and mthe Cathedral of Saint Paul is also located there, which is the home of the Archdiocese of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The terminus of Summit Hill on the west end overlooks the Mississippi River. This unique combination of views of both Downtown and the Mississippi River make Summit Hill one of the priciest neighborhoods in the Twin Cities. Summit Hill is also considered to be a prime candidate for the longest stretch of Victorian mansions in North America.
