The City of Waconia is located in Carver County, Minnesota. Established in way back in 1857, with a population of about 10,000 people, this city is one of the oldest in the entire state of Minnesota.

Each August, the city hosts the Annual Carver County Fair which has been running for over 100 years. The fair offers fun rides, and local food favorites.

Ridgeview Medical Center, a 109-bed acute care hospital is located on Maple Street in Waconia. The center includes clinics, emergency services, and specialty services, and has been treating patients since 1954. It is a first-rate medical center for all your health needs.

Crown College is located just miles from the city of Waconia. It sits on a 215-acre campus and teaches about 1,400 students. Waconia has a lot to offer in the city itself, but if you choose, you can travel just 30 minutes west to the Twin Cities, the hub of Minnesota.
